After the last snow storm (and after a lot of searching for a sled) we found a great sled hill by our house.  We decided that next time we get a bunch of snow we are going to have a snow party and go sledding with all our friends.  So everyone, get ready.  I'll make hot chocolate! Or you can drink beer, which most of you will, I won't tell.

Since winter finally decided to come around to Denver I've been getting sick and tired of being holed up inside.  So, Austin and I have been making more of an effort to get out.  We went to the Nuggets game which is always fun... even if they lose.

One of the best presents we received for Christmas was a membership to the Children's Museum and to the Denver Zoo.  We've already been to both plenty of times with our new memberships.

Delayed 4th of July Photos

We now have our Internet hooked up in the rental so that means I can go back to blogging from the computer.
For over a year I have managed to not get sick even once. I think I am paying for it because in the past three weeks our family has managed to go through a sinus infection, pink eye and now the flu. Therefore, don't expect any fun blog posts until we all heal. In the meantime I'll be posting some pictures from the summer during my "blogging hiatus".

Here we are last year on the 4th of July when Sully was a little over one month old. It was raining so we were stuck inside.  It's crazy how much bigger he is one year later!

Labor Day Weekend

For Labor Day this year we headed up to Breckenridge for a few days.  On Sunday my parents kicked us out because they were having friends up.  Since we were up in the mountains we decided to head over to Aspen and see the Jazz Fest.  We managed to scalp some tickets and see Michael Franti and Zac Brown Band.  Overall, it was a jam packed weekend of fun.

Pro Cycling Challenge

The Pro Cycling Challenge came through Colorado and right before heading to the finish line downtown, they passed through my neighborhood.  The family came over to cheer them on. 

We're Back!

I know we have been gone a while but Sully isn't coordinated enough to type and Austin keeps himself way too busy to even consider blogging.... so I guess that leaves the dirty work up to me!  I didn't realize so many of you look (or used to look) at this blog until I stopped and then you began harassing me. 

I am officially back so check in each day for a lovely blogging experience.

Matt and Bernie were in town with the kids so we took the opportunity to take a family photo.  My mom got some adorable bow ties for all the babies.  Sully had a meltdown so we didn't get many photos of him but I tried.  It's always great to see the rest of the Johnson clan.  Now if we can just pressure them enough to move back!

We had some friends and family come in town and stay at our house for the Georgia vs. Colorado football game.  Austin and I were out of town for the weekend so we were not able to join in the fun.  We did get to spend one night with everyone though!
