Book Club

I need a break every now and then.  Our monthly Book Club is the perfect time to unwind.  Although not even one person read the book that's A-ok.  Who wants to talk about books anyway!?  Usually Sullivan stays home for this monthly event but the dad was out of town so he had to come with.  He slept in Leah's room most of the time which was very nice of him.  I made him a onesie so he can be our mascot.

Kids Halloween

I am officially a parent.  How weird.

Every year the club my parents belong to have a kid fabulous Halloween bash.  Noah goes and loves to shake his booty on the dance floor all night.  Who knew that there is a kid version of every famous song ever written, all they do is add in some techno beats and change some of the not so kid friendly words.

Denver Art Museum

Austin and I headed to check out the Denver Art Museum.  This is not the main museum, it's a smaller one off 15th.  They have a great little cafe with views of downtown.

Denver Aquarium

 Sully's first aquarium trip, he was sooooo excited to be there.  Look at the enthusiasm on his face.

Aspen Wedding

Larry was nice enough to babysit while we went to the wedding.

We were in Aspen for a wedding and it was lovely.  All the trees were just starting to turn with the change in the weather.

UGA vs. CU

We had some friends and family come in town and stay at our house for the Georgia vs. Colorado football game.  Austin and I were out of town for the weekend so we were not able to join in the fun.  We did get to spend one night with everyone though!

I have a  bet going on with some friends on who is going to be the Biggest Loser.  I bet on Aaron so I dressed up Sully to represent.

My dad's birthday was on 10-10-10.  He's been talking about it for years so we gave him a nice little roast.  My mom and I made shirts with some old school Randy photos along with mugs. Friends and family joined us for a nice little Sunday party.  Pictures from the party to come tomorrow.

In Touch with his Feminine Side

Baby Entertainment

Last week Lizzy gave Sully a "Get Well" balloon.  I tied it to his arm and when he flailed his arms around it would move.  This provided a good 40 minutes of entertainment which means I got a whole 40 minutes of not having to be the entertainer.  Golden.
